Our experienced Management team provides our Landlords with an unparalleled level of service.  We aim to look after your property as if it was our own and ensure that you are always happy with our service.  Many of our Landlords have been clients for more than 30 years – which we think speaks for itself!

We can provide a Let Only Service, which includes all advertising and viewings, production of photographs, floorplans and EPCs, carrying out of referencing checks on all tenants and completion of all paperwork (including contacting of all utilities companies).  The initial rent and full deposit are collected on the Landlord’s behalf and forwarded on once the letting is complete.

Our most popular service is our Fully Managed Service, which includes the above service and in addition negotiating renewals and any changes of tenants, periodic inspections, organising repairs and refurbishments, rent collection, insurance claims, registration of deposit with relevant authority and any subsequent arbitration and assistance for our overseas Landlords with tax paperwork.
