Since 1879, Sworn & Co (originally A J Fowkes) have been assisting our clients and applicants, not only selling or renting properties but also Block and Estate Management, Surveys, Lease Extensions and Party Wall Awards. Originally situated at 230 Chiswick High Road (now Poundland), then at 150 Chiswick High Road (now Maverick and Wolf), we relocated to our current office at 194 Chiswick High Road in 1992.
Our experienced team, the majority of which live in Chiswick or the surrounding areas and have a wealth of knowledge about the local property market and first-hand experience of living in West London.
