Grove Park Area Guide

The Grove Park area of Chiswick is to the south of the A4, close to the River Thames and is a particularly picturesque are of West London.  Serviced by overground trains rather than the tube, from Chiswick station it is only 30 mins to Waterloo.

Chiswick House, reputed to be the finest remaining example of Neo-Palladian architecture in London, is situated in Grove Park and dates back from 1729.  Visitors can enjoy the extensive gardens and open spaces within the grounds and view the beautiful Rysback paintings contained within the house.

For children, as well as the playground at Chiswick House, there is a large play area at Dukes Meadow a short walk away as well as Chiswick Pool in Edensor Road.

Plenty of pubs and restaurants are nestled within Grove Park and together with great schools, this makes it a great area of young families.
